I have been training with Roxy for almost 7 months now, she is an experienced and committed trainer.

She focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and very motivating. Where do I even begin, Roxy is amazing! The first thing that drew me to her was how genuine/ real she is and that she's been on her own fitness journey and is very open and honest about it. Roxy is very holistic in her approach to helping, she hasn't just helped me with meals and workouts, she challenges my negative thoughts or things I say about myself. I've so enjoyed training with the her, because she makes it not only challenging, but fun and she's so encouraging. She'll point out the smallest areas of progress, that I haven't even noticed yet. She's also been soooo patient with me.
